Biography
CHRYSOBERYL
FORMER DEPUTY
CALCULATED | COURAGEOUS | BLUNT
It was a rather lovely day. Two travelers had stopped by in her mother's meager hotel, after the sudden leaving of another. Birds were singing in the air, and the sun shone over the Reedcleft Ascent. In her soul, she knew it was time. Her mother, Tourmaline, the owner of the motel, sat peacefully at the desk up front. Chrysoberyl knew that this wasn't the true destiny of this group of dragons. With her simple broadsword, she caught the Guardian off guard and sent her to the basement. She did the same with her father, a Mirror much like herself.
And as soon as she could, she lead the now-Clan out of the motel, adjusting the roundhorns that she had inherited from her exalted brother, Heliotrope. Perhaps that's what led her to imprison her parents; her best friend since childhood had left, and her parents couldn't-- they wouldn't-- do anything about her brother, who had gone to who-knows-where in service of the Windsinger.
As time passed under her rule, she became colder. A little less.. sane. Perhaps the power had gone to her head. After all, she ruled her Clan alongside, no, very much above a lesser diety, a descendent of the Gatekeeper, and one of the finest light warriors that she had ever come across. And Padparadscha. Him too. The peaceful lair had become an empire, to conquer anything and everything that stood in its way in the Wind territory. [probably will always be a wip]
Eventually, after the move to Quarantine Zone #128, she began to change. Different colors, two heads. The whole Aberration deal.
