The beloved ruler of the clan. Strong-willed and proud, Kyra is a force to be reckoned with. Though she is a capable melee fighter, Kyra's true skill lies in her ability to use four elemental magics. She was raised in the wild by gryphons after her parents were murdered. Out of all of her gryphon family, Kyra is closest to Oriana, the only one she calls sister. She always wears feathers to honor her adoptive gryphon family.
It was Jaden who discovered her out in the forest and brought her to live with a guild of dragon bards. There, the bards helped her master her elemental magic, and taught her to become the clan leader that she was born to be. With the bards behind her, Kyra founded the clan she now protects. Kyra and Jaden have always been drawn to each other, from the very first moment they met. Despite this undeniable attraction, it took them many years of separation before they could finally be together.
Though she is dearly loved by her clan, she tends to keep her distance from her subjects. Very few know anything about her private life. This suits her just as well, since she would rather her unique condition remain a secret. Under prolonged periods of emotional stress, her darker side, known as Brinn, may emerge.
