He's awful bright and shiny for an earth snapper. You can't miss this good-natured story teller with a fondness for making replicas of dragons out of large semi-precious stones. He's often seen consulting with various others of the Orders and makes a point of being at every meeting there is. It's not abnormal to see him surrounded by talkative hatchlings who tell him everything they've seen that day in exchange for treats that he has convinced the clan cooks to make for them. He'll mull over the information sorting out the hyperbole from the truth and then will trac down the tales that have even so much as a hint of truth and lets his rather active mind set to work putting together a full picture of what is happening in the order at any given point in time. Every so often he and Sanjana will have a meeting to discuss any massive changes that need to be made or to point out troubling issues that may need to be nipped in the bud.

He is one of the few Memory Keepers who did not lose his link. He feels lucky that he had the time to realize that the deaths of the links was no accident was able to warn some of the others and plant the rumor that the Earth Link and Memory Keeper had switched titles to keep the Link safe. He had taken the blow meant for Dorre secure in the knowledge to know that Dorre would be safe in Cassandra's care (Warlord of Earth). He took his sweet time coming back and when he reincarnated he disappeared within days of being brought back to the order. He was gone for a week and when he returned he was all caught up on everything he needed to know. This confused many of the others as those who knew where to look reported that Twizzy had not met up Dorre at any point in time, leading to the speculation that Twizzy didn't actually need a link to update and store his memories and Dorre was more there as a companion and for the convenience of others not himself.

He sympathizes with those who have lost their links. More so than Kiza does and from time to time he visits one of the other Memory keepers and takes their memories so they can move about on their own for at least a short time. He is currently attempting to convince Kiza to assist them in the recreation of their links so they can get back to functioning more freely.

Kiza affectionately call him the Time Father. She won't tell anyone why.
