It's unusual to see a fire dragon bound to the Icewarden's service, and Paladin cuts a strange figure in the Fortress of Ends. Despite her elemental magic, she is entirely committed to her god and her cause. She has a reputation as one of the Winterguard's most fierce warriors, and facing her in battle is truly like facing the forces of fire and ice. Like other members of the guard, her origins are mysterious, ancient, and potentially supernatural.

Devoted to standing against the darkness, she is a proud hand of the gods. While this makes her a valuable soldier for the Winterguard's mysterious war, her blind loyalty is a two-sided blade. Great cruelties have been committed in the name of the divine, and Paladin would stop at nothing if she believed she was carrying out their will.

A trusted member of the guard, she should nevertheless be seen for what she really is: a weapon.
