The currents of the sea are mutable things, ever shifting under the gentle tug of the moon. They swirl and change by night, turning over on themselves and alternately vanishing and rising from the deep. Those unaccustomed to their ways fear to tread their waters, and rightfully so; the misguided sailor may never see land again if they miscalculate the currents.

But Morganne makes it all the easier to determine the way of the water. She is something of an enigma, all grace and levity in the willowy form of a Skydancer, flowers curling around her neck and wings, flowers that unravel and shed their delicate petals into the waves. She uses these to determine the nature of the currents, following the flow of flowers to account for the fickleness of the sea. Those yet to brave the ocean are wise to seek her help in navigating the deep blue.

However, her services are not offered lightly. Her flowers require the utmost care, and the slightest bit of cruelty or neglect sends them into a withering spiral, which she will not tolerate. Treat her kindly, and she will see you to safe shores.

Morganne can sense and communicate with the 'spirits of the sea'. These spirits are essentially the ghosts of dragons that had a strong connection with water or died in it. They help her predict the waves ,and sometimes even tell her what the weather will be like based on the tides connection to the moon. She favors the spirit Anemone, a hatchling who died of a mysterious sickness but loved the water, and leaves flowers for her after their meetings. When she dies Morganne will join the ranks of these spirits.
