Background:
This dragon has been cursed with a lifetime of - you guessed it - hiccups. From the moment he hatched from his shell, Hiccup has been hiccuping. It's something that he used to be very insecure about. For a large chunk of his youth, he would hardly even speak.
As an adult, he's accepted the way things are and he takes it in stride. However, every so often a dragon with a background in medicine or magic will try their hiccup removing methods on Hiccup. He obliges, but never gets his hopes too high. So far, none of them have been successful.
