Resident Lorekeeper of Sol Sanctum. Though the Brightwing Clan has migrated away from their Arcane origins, a part of the Isles remains with them. Auras of pure mana drift around and through Stardust -- whispers among dragons say that he is not a dragon at all, but a vessel of Arcane energies given sentience. He seldom speaks, and when he does it is only in cryptic parables -- stories that fascinate, intrigue, and inspire.
