Lynne

Familiars were always an important part of the Heirs of the Zephyr Dweller, but they basically roamed around freely. The dragons tamed their companions and with those, the other critters who didn't have a partner yet, were kept at bay. But there was one familiar that changed everything.
When the furious Darktouched Chimera entered the lair, it destroyed parts of the interior, terrorized not only other familiars but also dragons and made horrible loud noices, preferably at night.
The clan members cried for help, and a strange Spiral answered.

When Lynne arrived, she didn't say a word to any of the dragons, but locked herself up with the Darktouched Chimera. No sounds were heard during the four hours she was confined with the Chimera, and when she finally came back, the familiar was calmly on her side.
After that, the Spiral bacame the overseer of all unbonded familiars, while the Darktouched Chimera never leaves her side. It's still as wild as it can be to the other dragons, but it seems to not only respect, but utterly adore Lynne.
