Serenade is a dragon spirit, possibly a goddess in her own right, that rules over the night. Her pearl is her charge, the moon that travels across the sky. The stars nestle in her wings, crossing the sky as she does, and beckon in the night. There are only rare nights where she crosses the sky at the same time as her mate, Sangeet, causing either a lunar or solar eclipse. At those joyous times, she shares her stories, inspiration, and love with her mate.

She is sought by the clan for moments of inspiration and hope, a light yearned for when the whole world seems dark. Serenade reflects the innermost part of a dragon’s soul, revealing things that may otherwise remain unnoticed or untapped. Hatchlings ask from her sweeter dreams, keeping nightmares at bay.
