Many hours of Iosephus' day are spent studying the dust and earth where the clan resides. It's an almost obsessive pursuit of knowledge that she isn't sure why she follows, only certain that she cannot leave this territory without learning everything about it. It is because of this she rarely does much clan leading or even conversing with her clan mates, and even when she does it's rare that she says more than a couple of sentences, but Iosephus remains as a very well respected authority within clan Nequior. A cool, emotionless gaze and stoic pose is often effective at quelling fights, and if not her formidible strength (despite a badly injured front leg) tends to end fights in her favour.
