Aziza knows not of his birthclan, or of his parents. All he knows, is the sound of home. To him, the sound of home is the rattling and shifting of a caravan on the move, the voices of his family - his many mothers and fathers - talking up a storm in their attempts to sell their wares to the passerby. Sometimes they were sucessful, sometimes they were not. Named by these many mothers and many fathers as a newborn hatchling, he had felt a great connection to these dragons. They all had decided on a name for the little child they had found. "Our little Aziza," They had softly told him, "Our precious gem."

Never had he really questioned his differences from the dragons he had called his mothers and fathers. A very many dragons they had been. A band of six, the dragons had raised Aziza as their own son, never having revealed the young Pearlcatcher's true origin. But Aziza could care less. His origins weren't important. But these merchants were his family, now. His white wings, and his white frame splashed with markings in such a way, that it appeared like his very body was splashed and stained with the blood of his fallen enemies and victims. All those who dare threaten his family, and those like them, meet their end by his very blade.
