B I O G R A P H Y

Sophie Anne was a smart and power hungry nocturne who stumbled across the Mythweaver Clan along with her mate Andre. At time, the clan was small and still getting their wings wet. She provided knowledge and experience, and watched as the little clan grew in the depths of the Tidelord’s domain.

The troves of knowledge the clan had managed to acquire fascinated her. She knew there was power to be had if only she could get control. She bode her time and made allies within the clan. Eventually she found the perfect time to challenge Senegos for leadership. The guardian relented; his heart was not in leading so soon after his mate left him. Despite the initial turmoil, the clan settled down under her leadership.

Shortly after the leadership change, the clan had a courier stay overnight with them. He spoke of all the places he had been and entertained the clan with inland news. One of these stories caught Sophie Anne’s attention and it sparked an idea. She wanted to expand the clan’s knowledge and her power. She discussed it with her mate, and subtlety questioned Mythos. Her plan finally became complete. The first step required that they relocate near the ruins in the Lightbringer’s territory.

Once they relocated to the Sunbeam Ruins, Sophie Anne kept the clan busy searching for dark and dangerous tomes. She started initiating battles with neighboring clans for the purpose of trying out some of the more lethal magic. This unfettered violence was her downfall. She found her and her mate bound by the clan’s magic. Instead of banishment, she had her power stripped. This twisting of her soul caused a physical transformation, locking her and her mate into skydancers.

Sophie Anne has never been the same, but she does not seem to notice. Now she heads up the clan’s healers. Now she heals others instead of destroying them. She is still watched closely by the council but so far, she has not shown any of her previous tendencies.
