With bells jingling, the nocturne begins to dance a jig as you enter. In her hand, is a marionette, which she dances across the floor beside her. "I'm Jeera, the court jester - though anyone above me just loves to call me the royal fool." She continues her jig as she speaks, as if she were a trained monkey. "Yaay," she says with sarcasm becoming apparent, "I'm the entertainer. Jokes, a parody, ... satire, perhaps. As the royals and aristocrats clap and laugh and sit on their butts, I'm up and quick on my feet as well as quick thinking. Who do you think is more wise? Certainly not someone referred to by all as a fool. As a nocturne, I mimic their behavior and display it on the court floor. They don't even know how much they're being mocked, they're too busy enjoying the lowest of lowbrow entertainment."
