Biography

Proud, charismatic, and driven, Abydon hates to be ignored. From the start he found himself competing for his parents' time, both with his siblings and with his parents' duties, but rather than growing frustrated with this he found another outlet. He joined his clan's scouting parties as soon as he could, and eagerly sought assignments that others deemed too risky, seeking to become as renowned a fighter as his father. Indeed, he quickly earned a reputation - as a reckless , foolish, untrained warrior who had little regard for the safety of his clanmates. It came as little surprise when a scouting party returned, bloodied and weary, to report that the young warrior had fallen in battle against the beastclans.

What his comrades neglected to mention was that Abydon had been very much alive and well when they abandoned him. They felt it only right, after he had brought trouble down upon them again and again. But as his family mourned his supposed fate, they had to wonder... to what fate had they consigned the foolhardy young imperial? Was it one he truly deserved, or were they no better than he?
