The History of Lord Oasis

Oasis had been hatched out of a Nature egg that was, to his knowledge, abandoned. He grew up with no parents or clan and lived alone for the majority of his life until he made a home for himself and gained the attention of a wild female. They would travel together, led by an elder dragon who knew the land. They would also happen upon a lost and abandoned Arcane egg and raised the dragon inside. It was sad to say, however, that in their many flight travels, the clan would grow sick from a mysterious illness. His beloved mate, the wild one, died from this illness, (or so the healers said). And even though Oasis had help from a dragon with healing abilities, his entire clan died. Feeling lost, broken, and alone, Oasis decided to return to his Guardian home and requested safe passage to the Water Flight, for which Tidelord granted. He left his nature home with the blessings of GladeKeeper, who apologized for her young green-eyed child his abandonment as a hatchling.

Living alone in a dark coral reef, believing his mate and clan were gone due to the disease, Oasis lived quietly and kept to himself, until the day his lair exploded in bright pink crystals. Since his lair was the one destroyed by the artificial arcane meteor, created by Cicho, Oasis was the one to shelter and help all the nearby dragons who were overtaken by the crystal coral virus. This magical virus latched onto Oasis, turning him into a dark shadow dragon. All seemed lost until Morwenna, the healer from his last clan, surprisingly appeared and pulled the darkness from Oasis, creating a personified virus. It was this virus that told Oasis the truth of his past. The healer dragon Morween was obsessed with Oasis and killed his entire clan out of jealousy. Enraged, Oasis and his virus brother disowned and imprisoned the healer. Feeling lost once more, Oasis left the Crystal Coral Clan to his shadowed twin.

He crawled out of the Sea of a Thousand Currents and wandered aimlessly into many flights.

Other Info

Oasis is my custom made progen, which I love very much! As of 06/13/2021, his colors are 1/10 ACTIVE dragons on the site! I first gened him to Ripple, Current, Spines and then Poison, Toxin, Glimmer. He has always been a guardian and will not change, ever. His genes/apparel are complete.
