Biography
At the bottom of the Sea of a Thousand Currents lies the sect of the clan named Sapphire Shores. It is here, among the underwater lakes and falls, that the dark sapphire dragons in the clan congregate. They're generally more calm and collected than those in other groupings, though by no means does it apply to them all.
Sapphire Shores
Within the Amethyst Haven is the Zircon Bordel, where the light blue dragons ousted from the Sapphire Shores live; they have their own tower, full of soft blue lights and soft silk bedding. The dragons here are generally more friendly and open to outsiders, welcoming them with open arms, plying them with drink, and giving them all the attention they desire.
Zircon Bordel
Nearest to the surface, the Amethyst Haven was built on the cliffs underneath the water, carved from the stone itself. Among the turrets and spires live the purple dragons of the clan—many of them scholars, most of them engulfed in finery. The spires are so enormous that they almost reach the surface of the Sea.

An artificial pocket of magical air creates the dry atmosphere that is the Jade Chantry. It is here that the three clan leaders live and care for the plants that Rudani grows. Other green dragons flock to the viridescent, thriving bubble of life. From here, the leaders fill the clan's coffers.

Beneath the floor at the deepest part of the Sea, there are caverns; the highest of them is the Cinnabar Mausoleum, the tomb of Phorus’s ancient mate. Now it houses the bloody red dragons in the clan who prefer the cool darkness of caves, and small creatures of all types as a food source. The dragons here are generally more secluded than most.
Cinnabar Mausoleum
Connected to the Mausoleum is the Garnet Grotto; it’s a shimmering system full of fountains cascading from above, and pools of rosy water resting down below. As delicate as it may seem, the dragons who reside among the sharp pillars of rock are some of the more hardy in the clan.
Garnet Grotto
On the surface lies the glimmering sands and water of the Amber Oasis; gemstones sparkle among the rocks and brown shrubbery. As the Oasis sits in the shadow of the Sunbeam Ruins, it’s perpetually dark and cool—perfect for the playful yellow dragons who occupy it.
Amber Oasis
Deep, deep in the earth is the Moonstone Sanctum; a dark cavern that swallows all light, and houses monsters of untold origin. Very few dragons deign to live here, but the few who do are antisocial and possibly even dangerous. Coupled with the monsters that live there, only the brave few even visit to see the enormous moonstone in the center—the Sanctum’s namesake.
Moonstone Sanctum
Connected to the Moonstone Sanctum are the Opal Caverns—as far off from the Sanctum as a place can get. The entire Cavern is made of shining opal, reflecting light all around in funky fresh rainbows. The dragons who don’t fit among the other sects of the clan congregate here with their bright scales.

One of the deepest sects of the lair, the Thalassic Ruins are home to the ancients. Among the sunken ships, broken cathedrals, and twisted spires is a colony of its own. They are the dragons who desire peace above all else, choosing to live quietly among themselves, sometimes taking a mate, oftentimes not.
