A capable hacker who shrouds himself in mystery. He seems to be obsessively searching for something dear to him that he lost. He is not one to accept help easily and often vanishes for varying amounts of time. His expertise in extracting and manipulating information makes him a valuable ally, though his ruthlessness and readiness to commit atrocious acts in his search for clues is not to be trifled with. After learning to trust and work together with others he finally gets a big step closer to his goal.

Rei is a surprisingly good cook, having taught himself in order to care for his younger brother after their mother died and their father left. As soon as he calms down a bit, he also develops some mother hen tendencies that are a stark contrast to the character he used to appear as. He's also known for being able to take charge in dire situations and figuring out new ways to approach a problem. If everything else goes down the drain, you can rely on Rei for pushing the team forward and doing what must be done.
