Biography

WHAT IS HE

Emperor Control Unit created along with Sitch. Each play their own part in "dismantling" Emperors (or enemies) through various (lightningx??) weaponry, technology, and crowd control.

Having been inactive since Emperors roamed the land in the first age, the recent emperor activity has caused these two to flicker with life once again.

Perhaps his familiar points to a frozen, forgotten history of how Chiragi was lost to the ages, thawing as time passes and the entity regains and recovers.
