Everyn is a friendly Wind Imperial who lives in the Ventus clan. She has excellent memory and manners, and has been described as 'mature and formal, with excellent taste'. Good friends are right up by books on her spectrum of important things to have, and she has proven to be a fantastic friend and companion. She can be very silly sometimes, and loves telling or hearing stories. She has excellent ones about her childhood if you ever care to ask- she's very good at recounting tales. She is rather gifted with words, and is an intelligent dragon. Everyn is currently saving to attend university and get a degree in literature or journalism. Her other interests are history and painting, although her art skills are a work in progress. Her nature is that of learning more about the world and taking every opportunity- she is not one to turn down a rare chance. She sometimes comes across as overbearing, aloof, or distracted, but is on good terms with most dragons she meets. Keep in mind she has very low tolerance for whiny/immature/repetitive dragons and sometimes has trouble holding her scathing sarcastic tongue when she can't avoid their company. |

Everyn comes from windswept moors similar to where she lives now. Her parents Terreia and Glacios taught her to try her best at everything, be polite and considerate, and try new things. She is the oldest of her nest clutch, and has many happy memories of life as a young dragon with her brothers, sisters, parents, and friends. Some of her favourite memories are her graduation, the family trip to Brightshine Jubilee, her high-school trip to the World Pillar, reading the first edition of the Zephyr News with her article inside, and moving to the Ventus Clan. She remains in frequent correspondence with her siblings and parents, sending gifts and letters via courier every so often. Everyn is the clan's general correspondent. Treasury, dominance, magical, or government matters go to other dragons but she generally receives and sends letters on behalf of her clan. This is not yet an official position in the clan records- but it might be soon! She gets so much post that her mailbox is full almost every delivery day, and she's on a first-name basis with the mail courier who delivers to the Ventus Clan. Sometimes letters get forgotten or misaddressed in the mess of her desk, but the clan agrees she does an excellent job nonetheless. She is also an journalist for the Zephyr News, and frequently send manuscripts to the office. Because her job depends on being accurate and up-to-date, Everyn tries to keep very informed with the current events and exchanges letters with a growing guild of other writers across Sorneith. While she doesn't have a university degree in literature or journalism yet, she hopes to be promoted and/or have her role in the clan made officialize as soon as she earns her degree. |

»Her house is built into the leeward side of the south ridge, looking north over the main village. It has some wood panelling against the earthen walls, roof, and floor, and is kept neat and clean. There are lots of books and paintings here! » Everyn doesn't think she's found her true lifelong familiar yet, although she has kept multiple creatures. Currently, she is forming a bond with a particularly playful flying book. The recipes inside this ensorcelled volume have placed her in good standing with her most recent dinner guests, too! » Everyn probably uses more paper and ink per month than any other dragon in the clan. Her desk and talons are often speckled or stained with black ink. » She has a lovely magical fishtank in her living room, filled with Sparklers, Crowntail Wanderers, Topaz Guppies, and other brightly coloured species. It, and a bowl of Livewire Endlers, were gifted to her by Kylara and Askara on her twenty-first birthday. |
