Aurora

Aurora Spellwing is the leader of the Darksong Clan. At first, she didn't know what to think of this whole "clan" thing- but as time went by, she warmed up to the idea, and now welcomes any dragon in need of help. It all started when Ember brought home the egg that hatched into Wisp, and then she discovered Froth while hunting in the woods. After those dragonets entered Aurora's life, she realized she wanted to help even more dragons. Then Amaranthe showed up one day, Ember met Aero at a marketplace, Airy discovered the clan by accident- the clan just kept growing and growing.

At first, the Darksong Clan was hidden in a cave within the Tangled Wood. Brambles obscured the entrance, and it was well protected against any Beastclan members that might wander by. But as more and more dragons settled into the clan, the cave got more and more cramped- and Aurora set out to find a new home for the clan. Some of the flight representatives had joined the clan at this point, including the mysterious Celeste, the kindly Lucius, and the daring Melos. These dragons decided to help Aurora with finding a new home for the clan. Together, they decided on a certain tree in the heart of the bramble- Lucius would work Nature magic to create an entrance and to hollow the inside, Melos would use her blacksmithing skills to create a cavern beneath, and Celeste would use her Shadow magic to skew the senses of unwanted visitors.
