Beauty is not in the stars,
Which will never ever fall to our
Desires, distant, and deceiving.

Beauty is in the hand you hold
As you stare at the night sky of old
And your heart touches the words told.

Beauty is all but a dream,
Where colors are illusion's gleam;
Subjective to what our eyes deem.

How can what lies to the face
Fool hands that can just as well see:
Senses are what beauty can be.
