ART
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾Some see it as an obsession, and she doesn't argue against them. In fact, she doesn't care what others think of her with her hobbies and what she collects, having done this even as a hatchling and finding such an interest for things that glimmer, shine, and have high value (personal or not). Highly independent and will return back to her adopted clan when she needs to rest for a long period of time or when she needs to store her collectibles. She trusts hard and only really considers her Wasteland Collector as her only friend, having raised her since she was a pup. As a plague dragon, she does wear a mask, though she will not hold sympathy for anyone that might have caught whatever she might have, believing that if you grow weak to it, then you are not strong in the first place. Her morals are questionable. |

Grew up raising herself as her parents left her and her siblings to fend for themselves, looking for their own clans or be sent away to 'fight for the deities'. Aella had wanted none of that and headed off to live on her own. She had refused the help from other dragons, believing that meant she was not strong enough, weak to depend on others. Often offers were ignored and scoffed at, ending with her leaving the others behind. A part of it could be the reason of not wishing to feel abandoned again from those she thought she was close with. Her only friend, however, was the dire hyena she had befriended near the start of her journey, helping each other along the best they could.
The lands were harsh no matter where she was, despite being born of a harsh environment. Water was scarce and food was far too little and bony. Many times, more than she could count, had she thought she would not make it to see another day, watching as the vultures circled overhead. Waiting. Each day she would count them, and each time, there were at least one more. Some of them even dared try to pick at her while she still wandered the land, only to find them prey and giving her enough energy to live a bit longer. It became a game to her, and she was sure the vultures did their best to learn and push her limit. And they almost succeeded. What happened that had saved her was still unclear to her still to this day. All she could say was that she had last remembered closing her eyes as she laid in the middle of the deserted area, feeling the scavengers closing in on her while her companion nestled close under her wing, having accepted death at that time. However, she had found herself waking up underground - unfortunately behind bars, but at the time, she could remember welcoming the cold ground that cooled her from the heated sun that she had been under for who knows how long. They had fed her and kept her hydrated, and from then she felt her strength build back up, as well as her determination to survive no matter what. Seeing that she had been captured - and saved - by the Buzzards, she found herself training within her cell, whether that was against the bars, the walls, or even parred with her own companion. She would do this for days, or even months until they had finally accepted her with the pack, giving her the rank of a Skink. Though she didn't allow that to be the end of her training. She knew that to survive in a deadly world, one must become deadly themselves, in any way; and she believes that she also cannot fully trust others to make her stronger.
