Cutie The Wise

Cutie was once embarrassed and ashamed of his name, with his fellow peers making fun of it because it was a "stupid childish name". Once, particularly upset by their jeers and jabs, he ran into the Guild's library to hide.
A scholar was sat at a desk there and was alarmed by the door bursting open but his anger softened when he saw the young coatl's tears.
He inquired camly and sternly as to what was wrong and Cutie ashamedly told him.
"Don't you know the other meaning of cute, young one?", the scholar said wisely.

Cutie stared blankly.

"It can also be used to mean clever or cunning."

Sufice to say, this exchange meant a lot to Cutie and he never forgot it.

Head Scholar Cutie

As the head of the Guild's scholars, Cutie maintains a neat, colour-coded schedule with all events and all research studies ongoing as well as which project is happening in which lab. The Archmage often coordinates with him to keep a close eye on the more mischievous or clumsy scholars. Their aim is to prevent accidents and explosions. Unfortunately, due to the chaotic nature of Arcane magic, they can only lower the amount of explosions and not stop them altogether...
