Seclusion breeds paranoia, this is something Belial learned from a young age. Born into a secluded clan among the windswept plateau, paranoia was the first thing he was met with when his mother immediately began chanting prayers to the Windsinger, directing a horrified look at her freshly hatched son.

A son that bore bright and vibrant markings that outlined his skeleton, a supposed omen of death and plague. As if to solidify the omen ever further, his egg had hatched ahead of schedule as they were traveling back from gathering supplies in the tangled wood and crossing a tiny patch of plague land, giving Belial haunting red eyes.
