Caliente is a very handsome and kind dragon, and even though his official role is as a gatherer he gets roped into an alarming amount of bizarre and unexpected side adventures. All sorts of dragons come to him for help or just generally stop him from doing his proper job, even though he is a weakling and couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag.
  • He got enlisted by Kookaburra, the merchant, to go retrieve an extremely valuable item from a location deep in the woods (“Wait, hold on-“ “Oh, I’m not taking no for an answer, darling.”)
  • Also in the tavern with Caliente and Kookaburra is Lion and Miss, who overhears their conversation. They were already on their way to retrieve this valuable potion, and so decide to travel with him until they can steal it out from undr his nose.
  • *Many trials and problems occur along the way*
  • The potion is the first Vial of Scattersight, and it is being guarded by the Slight Eyewing
  • More problems and a few fights
  • The potion breaks on Caliente, causing his vision to fracture and split and break. He has to wear masks and bandages over his bleeding eyes, and now that darn guardian bird won’t leave him alone...
