syrah can turn any song into a lullaby. even before you met her, you had faint memories of her singing you to sleep. she's a little motherly at times, but never enough that it feels overbearing.

she seems to find jewelry everywhere she goes, and she'll happily offer you some. everyone in the ballroom has some accessory from syrah, picked out specifically for them. her collection is practically bottomless - there's something perfect for everybody.

her pendant is gorgeous, but the strange magic of this place means that it is also dangerous. accepting this gift binds you to the world inside the ballroom and locks you away from the world out of it.

by taking that pendant, you've signed away your sense of time and your ability to leave. of course, you could destroy it, but that would break syrah's heart. maybe the guilt isn't worth it. maybe you should just stay.

i'm not normally fond of XXXs but wasp/bee wine with that accent is stunning! she even matches her familiar, and i love how her blue eyes stand out against the dark pinks.
