Biography
Ribbons smiled as he set his hat on his head, fitting it around his horns. Poison, his buttersnake, slithered over to him, flicking his tongue out.
“Heh, you seem pretty excited. Me on the other talon.. a bit nervous, I must say.” Ribbons said as he picked up Poison.
It was his biggest magic show yet. Hundreds of dragons would be there tonight to watch him. One mess up and he would have failed.
“It’s a pretty big night for us, I guess I’d be a bit crazy to not be nervous.” Poison flapped his wings a bit in agreement. He chuckled and lifted Poison up to wrap around his hat. Walking over to a good sized chest, Ribbons opened it and grabbed a few items consisting of rings, cards, and a few juggling balls. He also grabbed a side pouch and put the items in it, putting it around his neck to hang until he needed them. He glanced across the room to look at himself in a mirror. He lifted his wing up to fix the birdskull wingpiece he had. As he lowered his arms, a Pearlcatcher dragon peaked it’s head in the tent.
“It’s time to start.” The dragon retreated back to the main tent. Ribbons nodded as they went and followed at a distance. Once at the main tent’s performer entrance, he sighed and rubbed his talons together, pushing aside the cloth and stepping in. Momentarily blinded by the bright lights, he froze and all eyes turned towards him. A hush fell over the watching crowd, everyone curious to see what he would do. Poison tapped his had lightly to get his attention.
Ribbons took a few steps forward and stopped again, staying there for a few seconds before a puff of smoke engulfed him. Once it cleared, he had disappeared. The crowd gasped in wonder, a few dragons looking around to see where he had gone. Another puff and he was in the middle of the tent, standing on a small platform, his arms spread wide and a smile on his face. The crowd gasped in amazement and clapped.
“Is everyone excited to be here tonight?” He yelled, cheers rose up from the watching dragons.
“Oh come on, you can do better than that! Are you excited?!” The crowd roared, louder this time with cheers and howls of excitement and anticipation. Ribbons’s smile widened into a big grin.
“Then lets get this show started!!”
