Cherry has telepathy and can turn invisible

Cherry came to an ancient Arcane clan that lived around the Spire from her home clan in the Lanternlea Court deep within the Sunbeam Ruins. During one of her archaeological trips, Cherry discovered a magical artifact deep within a cave system beneath the Spire. She returned to the surface and consulted her clanmates, who told her to take it to the Arcanist. She did, and the Arcanist revealed that it was a gift left there for a future clan, though it had lost power over time. Cherry returned to her clan and shared the news. Research began on the magical relic, which Cherry named the Stargift. Researchers, scholars, mages, and more made their way to the Spire to assist in the research of the Stargift. After many years of research and attempts, one of her friends, a rune-specializing scholar, found a way to re-power the Stargift. During the process, however, the power of the Stargift cursed him, causing jagged, crystal-like formations to grow on her scales. Cherry tried to help her friend, but she could not reverse the effects of the Stargift. Her friend fled the Spire, living deep within the Starwood Strand.

After this incident, research on the Stargift ceased for a year, before a close friend of Cherry's, a scholar named Rune, convinced her to continue research on the artifact. Together, the two found a way to safely contain the power of the Stargift and found that, in small amounts, it could grant a dragon incredible powers. After this discovery, Cherry founded a new official clan around the Spire, naming it the Spirespun Clan. A massive city was constructed around the Spire itself, consisting of multiple tiers to house different classes of dragons. Cherry handpicked a single dragon from each level to represent the faction that lived there.

Fluffernutter of Starweave, who represented the greatest warriors and elemental scholars of the clan, Verbena of Runeweave, who stood for the nobles and scholars, Jeffrey of Crystalweave, who showed for the soldiers, mechanics, potion makers, healers, and blacksmiths of the city, Clearwater of Manaweave, who represented the hunters, gatherers, and farmers of the clan, Lahar of Astralweave, who stood for the merchants and traders both in the city and away at the Astrolodome, and Abyss of The Outskirts, who showed so that the neutral factions outside of the city could still be represented. They formed the High Council and stood to advise Cherry on decisions. Later on, Cherry married Rune and the two had several dragonets, namely Pyroxene and Mauve, who became a Fire mage of Starweave and a Nature scholar of Runeweave respectively. Cherry still rules the clan to this day.
