Pelagic is diligent with practice, practice, practice. She dances each and every day with determination and dedication. There is no room for error.
She is snide and thinks herself better than her peers, openly believing that no one is better than her at her craft. She will not take critique. Yet as a teacher, she is dutiful and passionate. Some find her to be too cruel or strict- they will learn fast that Pelagic has no time for complaining. In this way, she is very particular about who she chooses to train. Pelagic is extremely devoted to the Tidelord. She knows that there is power within the rhythm of dance, and she personally performs her dances in dedication to her deity. |

Pelagic teaches dance to those who are worthy of it. She leads a sect within the clan that is wholly dedicated to dancing, an important part of culture to the Thousand Current Sea. There are dances for certain occasions - celebration, mourning, worship, and many more. It is her duty to pass such movements down, keeping this water flight tradition alive.
Pelagic herself is revered as a deadly dancer. In her years before Clan Abyss, she learned to adorn her hide with the stingers of jellyfish to protect herself against predators and enemies, and she never let go of the practice. The Deeprealm is a brutal, inhospitable landscape, where a dragon could very easily be gobbled up by ancient leviathans. A small Skydancer such as herself would never survive otherwise. Watching her perform is a bewitching experience. She sways as if she is the current, the long tendrils of jellyfish gliding behind her. Magic is weaved within the movements, releasing bursts of colors in a display of emotion. |

Glowlight the Workshop Monitor
A large, free-flowing jelly that has captured Pelagic's heart. It might not have a brain, but it makes up for that with the stunning light show it provides. While perfectly at peace drifting aimlessly in the deep blue sea (as nature intended), Pelagic decided to take it home with her instead.
For the record, this jelly is three times her size. |

Relationships
| Pelagic would never admit it, but she is equally as captivated by Superior as he is with her. When he isn't looking, she will often watch him swim, mesmerized by his glow. His bioluminescence reminds her of the jellies that she loves so much. |
| Her feud with her younger sister Scylla is legendary. The two will go to great lengths just to avoid each other. When they do meet, the conversations are not civil, and the two will come to claws in a blink of an eye. |
