Personality
  • Kaia's energy comes from the glowing green gems scattered around her body rather than from food. She occasionally has to change them out for freshly mined crystals.
  • Despite being very pretty, Kaia's wings are all but useless when it comes to flight. She's pretty much bound to her legs when it comes to travel.
  • While she takes her work very seriously, she loves to have fun too! Sometimes she'll take a walk and take in the scenery around her... It's good to get some variety after guarding the same place all day.
  • Kaia really doesn't need much armor at all! Her plated crystal body acts as a natural barrier against any possible foes. Pretty useful for a guard, if you asked me!
History
It's said that rather than hatching from an egg, Kaia was created from a bundle of crystals given life energy from Arcane experimentation. She grew up with much greater capabilities than the hatchlings around her, and was soon chosen to become a crystal guard. This special group of trained dragons serve and protect precious materials all around Sornieth. Kaia has just recently been moved to a new station in a part of the world completely unknown to her in order to guard something (She doesn't know what yet). This new chapter in her life both excites and scares her...
