Cell Block Tango, the Split-Personalied Married Murderess of the Tempest Spire Prison

Tango is not a normal dragon that anyone can comprehend. Depending on the personality that has taken over, her speech is either deathly calm or highly erratic. One of her personalities even speaks another language that no one can understand. But all say the same thing: "You would've done the same."
Also she's really toll but please don't tell her that.
How did she end up here, out of the Tempest Spire, about from the prison? She's on parole(with the supervision of the whole clan, of course).
-Knows one too many ways to kill a dragon
-She has 6 different personalities, all saying a tale on how they've killed their "husband"
-Prefers the color red over others. Also likes yellow.
