B I O G R A P H Y


______ TadCooper, Tad for short, had a rough start to his life. He was found as an egg, left behind after a great battle. The clan that had taken him in patiently hatched him and raised him to adulthood but everyone in this clan had a role. Many times that role was to go serve the great Arcanist. Tad quietly waited for his name day to come doing his best to help where he could and was usually found in the guest quarters making visitors stay more comfortable. As time wore on and he still was without a name he grew more and more nervous. Tad didn’t want to serve Arcanist there was a whole world out there and he wanted to see it all. There were stories of a few TadCooper’s escaping. Tad started making a plan. One dreary morning the clan leader called for Tad, it was finally time to receive his name. It was a harsh blow when the name TadCooper was bestowed upon him. Tad was crushed.

______ After Tad’s escape he wandered alone and without direction. The sadness of his name day persisted and he simply went wherever his wings would take him. One day while hunting in the Starwood Strand he happened upon a group of hatchlings being watched over by two snappers. The snappers, Geode and Fane, invited him to come sit with him. They were so warm, kind and easy going that Tad found himself telling Geode and Fane his tale. Fane let out a low, warm chuckle and Geode gave a smile that warmed Tad’s heart. Geode told Tad about their clan, Pheo’s Lost Souls, and how many a TadCooper mysteriously found themselves telling a similar tale to Geode and Fane. Then with a look only a mother knows how to give Geode welcomed Tad home
