Luna, having once been a tundra like her elder clan sister Aloe doesn't place much importance in her pearl. Unlike Aloe she doesn't let her children play with it, but she does leave it in her den most days rather than carry it around.

Her profession in the clan is a messy one, so it's a wonder she manages to stay so clean. Grinding various minerals, plants and insects to make dye is a tiresome job, which is why it's good she has a team of helpers. These days Luna is the one in charge of making new dye recipes, experimenting with new ingredients while the finished recipes are passed on to be made in volume.

Every child of this hidden Nature clan carries with them a gilded mirror. Resistant to the wear, tear and damage inflicted by everyday life this mirror is something special. It is a simple reflective surface to others but in its owner's claws it is a powerful tool. Able to bridge the miles between chosen home and birthplace this tiny portal can soothe even the most homesick hatchling.
