Biography
Lord Talos, King of the Talosians
How the Talosians Came to Be
Originally Talos hails from the Ice Flight, but he’s so old that nobody really knows what his original life was like. Centuries ago he led a small band of loyal knights and, during their travels, happened upon the Sunbeam Ruins. Upon experiencing the Light Flight’s dragons, he fell in love with both their philosophical drive and their pursuit of knowledge. Right then and there he decided to make a home for him and his knights. Talos used his renowned power to carve out a space down and directly into the top of a small mountain. This would become a small settlement which, protected by the mountain walls and fed by the surrounding forests, would later grow into a great kingdom. With the help of many of his advisors (who would go on to form the beginnings of each subclan), he helped create a community that absolutely thrives(to the point of being a little spoiled with wealth!) He is very beloved amongst his people.
His power does not always equate to righteousness , however...While he prefers to solve issues diplomatically, he will use every ounce of his effort should force be required to protect his kingdom. Should Talos ever war with another clan, the offenders would deal with a number of deadly means meant to break them into submission...Blocking food supply routes, using his sorcerers to cast great waves of curses upon the offending clan, and even forcibly stripping away vital defenses are not beneath him when it comes to war.
In a battle of wills he is in his element.

Destruction of the Savage Clan Pt 2
(Part one see Todosmodeus)
To kill a beast is to feed your clan. To kill a dragon is to destroy an enemy. To slay an entire clan, however...That is a stain on the soul. And yet there they stood, high on vengeance and driven by the savagery of their victims. It was Talos who slew the young imperial with a lash of his tail, snapping its fetid neck bones with a gut-wrenching crack! Gingerly he retrieved the hatchling pelt before the ground could sully it any further. In mere moments the campground roared to life. Skin-plagued imperials writhed angrily at the intrusion and answered with hisses and blasts of rot. Through the putrid fog shot beetle-like mirrors with their fangs bared and jaws wide open, only to be pierced by Todosmodeus' blade through to the back of their vile throats.
Each screech was enough to shake them through their resolve and grip Talos and Todosmodeus's hearts, but their fury kept burning, refusing to go out until drenched in the blood of their hatchling's murderers. Either by Todosmodeus' blade, or Talos' fatal strength every last dragon was slain in the rotten, putrid camp.
The golden pelts remain preserved in the Hall of Remembrance, flanked by windows that describe the gruesome tale. To this day the Talosians hold a bitter resentment for dragons in the plague flight...

Follow Them
Hatchlings snatched by a flight of Ills call out in desperation. Yet through putrid, rotting claws, their captors hold them close. They are stolen treasures, now. Hides that glisten, with golden serpent’s scales like coins to be pilfered, leather and all. Their absence is noticed. Panic. PANIC. Then at the telltale signs of blackened fungal footprints…RAGE. A Mother’s wrath. A King’s indignation. A Hero’s calling. They follow, they hunt, they spill blood for the children. For the children…But the poor children…They’re naught but scales. There’s nothing left, for what was stolen can only be taken once.
**Lyrics from The Plagues-Prince of Egypt, which was a huge inspiration in developing his character(mostly just the divine 'feel' of him, not necessarily his lore.)
