Necromancers bearing masks see themselves as instruments of the Plaguebringer and the hand that enacts her will. They are counsellors to their clans, ensuring that every important decision is in accordance with Plaguebringer's desires. In some cases, these Necromancers are shadow rulers, controlling the clan in secret through a figurehead.
Uncommon eyes: Dragons with uncommon eyes tend to be open and easily influenced by the magical energies in their environment. Magic casters find that they have a wealth of power at their disposal if their surroundings match their element, but they can also be severely limited in lands that are foreign to their birth place.
