Boon's egg was found in the possession of Serthis native to the Volcanic Vents, retrieved on a scouting mission. Embell (still reeling from the loss of the first facility and her subsequent promotion) had full intentions on giving it to whatever wannabe-parent she came across first, but the egg hatched earlier than anticipated. The wyrmling that stumbled out from the egg quickly endeared itself to her.

Jubilee, named after the festive during which he was hatched in, was raised under Embell's wings. He is being taught how to properly manage the Sanctuary and her residents, and how to take proper caution around the supernatural creatures that the facility has contained. When not being tutored, Jubilee helps look after the Sanctuary's archives.
