Siva'Heizoria "Zoria" - Enchantress of Flame The Jeweler —– Heizoria once, long ago, was known by another name. Midnight, her parents called her. Such a common name, for such an unusual dragon. Zoria, as she found out shortly after her birth, could control fire- and could use it to enchant others to do her bidding. It was how she remained safe from rival clans and rabid beasts - using her fire to turn them away from her, to make her invisible to them. Eventually she grew bored by her clan in fire - and made her way to their opposing element, water. There she learned that her fire magic didn't work as effectively, but that was simply a challenge for her to overcome - just as the many challenges she had passed over the course of her life. A young technician, Nym, was the first to show her around her new home, the first to accept that Zoria was planning to stay for good rather than just moving on as most arrivals did. Nym showed Zoria her forge, and that was when the Skydancer once known as Midnight found her new path. She learned quickly that she could weave her fire magic into jewelry- and quickly donned several gilded pieces imbued with her magic, using them to keep her safe when searching the nearby lands for materials. Nym and a few other dragons were quick to befriend her once the she-dragon nearly began to glow with pride in her work, and for once in her life, in herself. She no longer had to hide herself, but rather she could show the world just what she could do. The fire in her which had smoldered to but an ember suddenly began to roar fiercely once more. She finally gave herself a new name, to celebrate her new path. A name that shouted "I can do anything!" —– |
