-All men can see these tactics whereby I conquer,
but what none can see is the strategy out of which victory is evolved.-
Sun Tzu (c. 544-496 BC)

"During my readings I once stumbled upon this quote and immediately immersed myself in the study of this masterpiece on strategy. It was only one of the many writings I studied during my time in the libraries, where I spent hours and hours reading and cultivating my mind so it can be of use for my family.

"My knowledge not only consist of theories of battle, I'm also aware of the importance of diplomacy and the cultivation of relationships with other clans and flights as it is essential to the health of our own family."

Fiendark loved the thrill of fighting, being active and advancing to the attack. But he also loved to use his mind to gain the upper hand in battle, to find a weak spot in any sort of skirmish or to simply outmaneuver someone entirely.

Since the days he had been a little hatchling, Fiendark showed signs of having a sharp and quick wit and the savvy to understand even the more complicated tasks and riddles. The young Imperial spend hours in the library brooding over strategic materials and records of past conflicts, rather than playing tag with the other hatchlings.

He had always been one of the quiet sort, only speaking up when and only saying what he needs to. Fiendark bothered himself about his way of talking, not wanting his words to be without rhyme or reason. Despite his tentativeness and mindfulness of the spoken word, the Imperial showed great confidence in himself and his knowledge.

During his days of traveling, he also learned about other battle plans and strategies of different clans while burying himself in the library or listening to told tales.

Deeply committed to his clan he one day he started to train the other members of the clan on basic battle strategies, self defense, and easy to follow orders for the event of any emergency possible that could arise. The dragons is often seen patrolling the edges of the clan's territory, followed by his most eager students who are listening to his rare speeches.

Having high expectations for every of his students, Fiendark can sometimes be too critical and rarely speaks words of praise - but that only made them more precious. The strategist most favorite saying is "Honor to whom honor is due", and he is gladly willing to give it to whoever deserves and earned it.

Fiendark then decided to enlist in one of the Noble Orders of Sornieth. An Order is an organization that exists to assist or encourage dragons in the pursuit of their goals. As it's important to exchange views about all kind of matters, the gatherings of the Order are very important for dragons who devote their lives to victory on the battlefield, either out of moral dedication to a cause or simply as a way to make a living.
