Kadar is a plague-mirror with very potent magical abilities, and is specialized in waterborne illnesses. He's a giggly little fellow, who doesn't seem to take his job too seriously. He comes off as childish, naive, and immature. Things tend to go through one ear and right out the other with this guy.

Kadar loves water and badgering his lairmates into using their magic to create water jets and spouts, sending him through the water and out into the sky with spiraling sprays. A merciful typhoon washed him into this lair, with a shaken, scarred Serthis coiled around his neck. (He hasn't gone back home because he's "on vacation".) While laying back on the sand he claims that his parents "sure are proud!". At least he's got his Serthis pal to watch his back...(it's a wonder why this serthis hasn't left this fool for a Necromancer with an actual brain.)
