Galaxia

Galaxia's birth was a strange one, for it was the first time any of the residents in the Kingdom of the Stars (Formerly The Forgotten Kingdom) had seen one of these so called 'Primal' eye types that had started popping up all over their world. She was quickly named heir to the throne and given her name. If she'd been older at that time, Galaxia would've begged her family to name any of her brothers and sisters heir. She didn't want to be special. She didn't want to one day be queen. Because she didn't care about those that lived in the Kingdom. She really didn't. When she had to watch her parents deal with them she always thought their problems were petty and outright silly in some cases.

When the call to find her Charge came, Galaxia snuck away in the night and traveled around her Kingdom in search of it, slowly spreading out to other territories. She met some very interesting characters, such as Rememoire, Nimue, Xue, Damile, Faulty, Cajua, and her personal favorite, Naelon. The Skydancer male had made her curious in more ways than one when they met because he said she looked lost and had no idea that Guardians normally left home in search of their Charge, which she thought he was for a very long time. Until she felt it tugging at her again one day, saying so to Naelon who offered to travel with her. She accepted without hesitation and the two went on their way. Galaxia searching and Naelon offering support, friendship, food, comfort, and an occasional distraction when she was frustrated.


Galaxia found her Charge about a month after they'd started travelling when her and Naelon had stopped for the night in a forest clearing, they'd started a fire for warmth and Galaxia was in charge of watching the flames while Naelon was off hunting. Unfortunately, she had dozed off while staring into the flames. Only to open her eyes again a moment later, surrounded by stars in a vast otherwise empty space. One floated in front of her face and with a jolt she realized they weren't stars at all. They were windows into... Dreams? She looked at others and found that a multitude of various creatures' and beings' dreams were viewable through the small windows that looked like stars from far away. Several seemed to float around her constantly and when she touched those they allowed her to enter their dreams. She found out that she could talk to those in these ones. The other dreams she touched would allow her to view them better, but not interact with who they belonged to. She dubbed the ones she could talk to 'Agents' after coming across something about agents in one of the dreams. It seemed... Fitting to her. Though she wasn't entirely sure why.

When she grew tired of the place, she sat down and closed her eyes, letting out a yawn. When she opened them again, she was staring into the flames of the fire she and Naelon had started. She was back. And judging by the fact that Naelon wasn't, it was likely not much time had passed at all between when she entered and left that odd realm. But something in her longed to return and stay permanently. With a sigh she looked up at the stars visible overhead, and felt the feeling leave a bit. They looked like the dreams from afar. ... The dreams were her Charge... At the realization an invisible weight lifted off her chest and she just knew that she was right.

And from then on she visited the Realm of Dreams (as she eventually dubbed it) frequently. Eventually learning how to keep tally of how many of each dream existed at any given moment, even learning how to go into it and let time pass back where her actual body was. Though she rarely did that, it never seemed right to just... Not live there. Even though she was fairly certain she'd be able to stay in the Realm of Dreams forever even if her body no longer was inhabitable. The longer she stayed, the more she learned, saw, and experienced. Her Agents were eventually given a couple of very minor powers, nothing drastic or anything, but they all seemed to be able to explain various possibilities of what dreams could mean if told them and asked for advice on help with them. Well, more accurately then they ever could before. There was also the ability to manifest themselves in other dreams as spirits of sorts. They were the ones who helped those suffering from nightmares, though with only around five-ten Agents, there were still plenty of people who didn't get help. And Galaxia couldn't exactly make new ones, if one died someone else would take their place. But no more or no less would ever exist.

Her personality shifted a bit as she left and entered, however. She acted more like the dreams themselves, never truely good or bad despite the labels people put on them. Nightmares were dreams, even if they're the more... Twisted version. Her personality reflected it, she'd help those doing good and those doing bad, without ever really thinking about it. She just did what felt right.
