Mann's (only) old friend from the previous clan before his exile.
He shares very high intellectual capacity with Mann since quite young. They found each other as a rare buddy whom they can have a real conversation with.

Naturally very reserved. Doesn't actively make friends. Spends most of his time in his own head doing his work. Prefers using his intelligence on abstract ideas over solving actual problems. Without a strong drive to serve his clan, he didn't choose to develop social skills as much as Mann did. He was rather detached from his old clan in general.

He doesn't care about his appearance and prefers tidy and durable clothing over decorative items. Not picky of what he is wearing but usually looks very comfortable and clean.

Unlike Mann's inability of comprehending emotions, he is fully aware of his. Though he requires very little emotional maintenance and doesn't show them through, he therefore can peacefully accept Mann's personality and vice versa.

Neither him nor Mann spent much effort maintaining their friendship. They were bond by their similarities as well as the comfort of not needing to force the relationship.

He was disgusted by what the old clan had done to Mann and was very affected by Mann's exile, but didn't have the courage to leave. When he heard about Mann again in the aftermath of Aisling's rage, he decided to leave the clan and followed their trail to the arcane land.
