A werewolf inspired & all-flight subspecies!
 		MOONBEAST SUBSPECIES

This version of "lycanthropy" originated by curse and can be spread by Moonbeast bite (on a full moon), or by birth. Moonbeasts are influenced by the moon like traditional werewolves. All have a permanent wolf/beast-like appearance, and by night they "revert" becoming primal, savage, bloodthirsty, and destructive.

The degree to which they "lose control" depends on the phase of the moon.

Physical features such as claws, fangs, and build become more exaggerated and pronounced as the moon phase progresses towards Full. Some Moonbeasts have worked so hard to discipline themselves that they only lose complete control on nights of the full moon.
