Whimsy had heard rumors - there was talk that new dragons were coming. New to the weyr, that was - these were special dragons. It was a group of four - four Antiques. Several of the unattached familiars were disappointed, wanting babies to grow up with them. Whimsy was already awakened - she waited eagerly to see who was flying in. When the Plague dragon landed and spoke to Wyldyrn, Whimsy scampered close to Wyldyrn, peering at the dragon who stated his name was Zombie of the Yakule Lair.

"Oh no - you must change your name to end in wing because..." She became shy as all the dragons looked at her. "because-all-Wildclaws-here-are-wings." she mumbled.

"That is acceptable, Little One." The handsome dragon looked down at her. "What do you suggest?"

"I am Whimsy. I think Wraithwing and Whimsy sounds just great."

"I agree." Wyldyrn nodded. "Names beginning with 'W' are welcome here."

"Then it will be." Wraithwing winked at her. "It has been a long flight. Would you show me to our weyr? I have some art that I need to display."

"Follow me!" Whimsey scampered off as the old dragon followed. Both were content.
