Graveyard Gaolers with Shardflank, Scorpion, or Gnarlhorns will impale smaller undead and necromancers on their antlers or spikes for transport back to the graveyard-and as a warning.

Goat-eyed Graveyard Gaolers have a wide field of peripheral vision and an uncanny ability to detect movement, making them almost impossible to sneak up on. They make ideal Sentries and Keepers. However, they do have a tendency to involve themselves in unholy rituals.

To cope with their hard lives and the many grieving dragons and beastkin they encounter, Graveyard Gaolers frequently use extremely dark gallows humor-though never in front of the bereaved-and delight in using death, bear, or Plague-related puns and jokes. However, many struggle with depression, burnout, PTSD, and many mental issues and illnesses due to nature of their work.

The typical highest rank for a Graveyard Gaoler, Overseers manage large cemeteries and burial grounds, and all the Graveyard Gaolers in a certain region. They also contain the largest and most monstrous undead, and manage responses to large-scale undead outbreaks.

The division also saw combat with Plague's Exalt Services during several dominance battles, and there are few better places in the Scarred Wasteland to hear war stories.
