Notorious for his well-earned title of ruthless mercenary, Dead eye is one of the Terror's sharp shooters.
Aloof in nature, he usually appears uninterested and ignorant to nearly anything around him, displaying a delayed response or complete disinterest to anything that doesn't involve him.
Despite his indifference to most situations, when provoked enough he can easily demonstrate a much angrier, violent side that doesn't hesitate to use physical violence.
Due to being a silent and apathetic individual with a preference for action, it's the job of his partner Tick Tock to talk things out and prevent heated situations from occurring too often.
