Mira’s Mysterious Mixtures: Mira’s secret alchemy business
______ Mira is a pearlcatcher studying alchemy in Heathers lab. She's an ambitious and driven student who spends much of her time teaching newer students basic alchemy, although she can be quite surly and impatient with them. Immature but intelligent, she can often get into trouble by creating dangerous or experimental potions. Heather has chosen her to fill in her role after she passes, as the lead alchemist of Starlit Landing.
______ Befriending a Longneck Medium has opened up many possibilities for Mira in terms of magical progress. Many dragons disapprove of their friendship, distrusting the beastclan member, but this does not dissuade her. She often experiments on animals secretly, though never causes them any substantial harm. In order to fund her studies, she sells transmutation potions to the public designed for pets. Being considered unethical in her clan, she tries to keep this as secret as possible.
______ Despite spending all of her time studying familiars, Mira hates animals. Her foul attitude never becomes abusive, but she will voice her displeasure at any chance she can get. As her alchemy business is secret, the familiars she transmutes have to be hidden in her bedroom during and after the process, causing her great frustration.
