Dragons bowed down to him.

Arryn had come from a far away land, a clan very near to Narah's. He had only met his cousin once, but he could never forget her because like him, she had stars on her body. The dragons in his clan didn't shun him, like Narah's did. Instead, they looked at him behind his back, whispered about him, and never treated him quite like a dragon. When he heard of Sorneith for the first time, he knew he had to travel there. He did, and when he got there he realized the stars painting his body were already common in Sorneith. He traveled from place to place until he found Elysian. When he saw his cousin there, they were both overjoyed. He then decided to start a new life in the home of the shadow dragons.
Arryn and Narah are now leaders of Elysian, and they are responsible for the inner workings of the clan. If any dragons are having problems, it is their job to help. They are very good at this, and work together seamlessly. They truly care for every dragon in the city, and take pride in being able to work out a solution to almost any problem that is brought before them.

Arryn came across his familiar, Tossut, when crossing the border from the Sea of a Thousand Currents to the Tangled Wood. Yes, Tossut is nonbinary. They kept him from crossing for a week or so, and Arryn became oddly close to them. He ended up giving the shroom a ride to another clan, but the shroom changed their mind and they have been bonded ever since.
I took the path that you would never want for me, I let you down, but it made me.. happy. Happy to be free. I'm trying to hide the truth, but we are made of greed. This is my kingdom, so why can't I control it like it is? Would that make you happy?
