"Hello there." She looked at you with a crooked smile and you felt you mind start to go numb. "My name is Jasper, And your my new toy."

A small dragon hatched from her egg in the nest of two dragons assumed to be her parents. The parents look at each other then to the small dragon. They didn't think they had this many eggs, but she must be theirs... Right?

A puppet master of... Some sort. Jasper uses her power to control the minds of unwitting dragons and brings them back to her lair to be played with. Some of these dragons never recover and simply die after she's grows tired of them. Others find themselves part of the clan of wanderers with no memory of how they got there.
