Nura
theme
Nura comes from a wealthy family. She's a tiny madam with no magical skills of her own, so she's the House of Witches' number one customer. She spends all of her treasure on things for her own comfort, like an enchanted amulet that will warm the air around her. And an enchanted lava pool in her house that won't destroy the rest of the building. When she has to communicate with strangers, Nura carries around writing utensils and chooses to scribble out replies rather than using her voice. Rokshata has a bewitched amulet that lets the two communicate when Nura orders something new from the House.

 Any brave soul attempting to learn Coatlese could try asking Nura, since the wealthy little lady has plenty of time on her claws. On one hand, she probably speaks very book-proper and would be a good source. On the other, she speaks very fast.
