The dragon, Viscity, was a scholar with a lust for knowledge that led to her doom. In her travels to curb her constant hunger, she met a handsome Dragon that went by Azazel, he teased her with secret knowledge of creatures just beyond their sight, but just as real as they were. Slowly and patiently, he seduced her into trusting him, luring her into an ancient ritual to open her to his true love, a Cursed Spirit, named Gomorrah. Viscity’s mind and soul were consumed and Gomorrah was content with the host body for a time, Azazel her loyal worshiper. They were eventually picked up by the Clan DeathValley in their travels across Plague Flight territory. Gomorrah served as a 'Casino Master' for a time trading games of chance for coin and more whenever the Clan met others on their journey. Finally, one day, they stopped to camp in the ruins of an old temple. Gomorrah knew they were being watched and needed a new form to hunt those that hunted them. The Clan DeathValley broke camp in the morning, in a hurry to leave, but Gomorrah said she'd be staying and so they left her and Azazel behind.

Azazel had grown annoying, he fawned over her and begged for her love. Gomorrah finally answered him in another ritual that consumed him, mind and body, using the raw essence derived from his life, she changed her form. She took the form of a small, childlike creature, a Nocturne very much smaller than usual. The body was perfect for stealth and within the first night, she saw the creatures that had been watching the Clan before. The dragons were almost mindless in behavior, acting like a Hivemind, wordlessly communicating, building, expanding, scouting... and breeding. With her powers, she touched the mind of a female Fae and felt the heart of these dragons, the true Consciousness and through that brief interaction, she knew she could overpower it. Unfortunately, the only way to do so was to take the body of one of these DRONEs and tweak the genetics a certain way, so she waited, always watching.

At last, her chance came as several new broods hatched. The Hive was young and new, their Consciousness far away, so they couldn't afford constant watch on the hatchlings. When the guardians were away, she slunk in and performed her next ritual, consuming the hatchlings, all of them. With no minds or souls to conquer, she had to make up for it in bodies and ended up simply transferring her soul to the body she'd chosen. Like a rogue picking at a lock, she pushed and pulled at the puzzle of the Hivemind, until she could find a crack in its defenses and slip her own mind in, twisting and changing it with her magic and burning further through to the rest of the Hive. The Mother, the Father, the Siblings and the Strange Hive fell to her cursed will easily, but when she tried to push further back, it was as if an iron door had slammed shut. The Grandmother was not so easily manipulated and the distance this Hive had traveled only made communication and thus Hijacking her harder.

She threw a quick spell over her old body, filling it with its own magic and making it invisible to the Hivemind for now, giving it life, enough life to take orders and learn from mistakes. She named the Homunculus creature Poppet. When the parents reappeared, they took care of their new, only child diligently and at her will ensnared many others to exert her influence over. She grew quickly and gained control over a void spirit called PROXY, rewarding its physical needs and desires in exchange for it retrieving her mate, the city of Zeboim's soul from the void itself. When he did she prepared The Ritual and made him flesh like her. It wasn't ideal for either of them, they'd been powerful spirits long ago, inhabiting grand cities of splendor and indulgence , but for now the bodies were the only things tying them to this horrid realm. Zeboim awoke screaming and she embraced him and loved him, as she always had, and promised him their well deserved vengeance on this world.
